The Interior Systems Installer is responsible for the installation of steel studs, drywall panels, suspended ceilings, and other interior system components. The installer ensures high-quality workmanship and adheres to safety standards on a variety of commercial, institutional, industrial, and large-scale residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings
• Install steel framing for walls and ceilings
• Hang and screw drywall panels
• Install suspended ceilings
• Follow health and safety regulations on job sites
• Collaborate with other trades on-site
• Keep the work area clean and organized

Requirements

• Valid CCQ Interior Systems competency card
• Relevant experience in the trade (an asset)
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work
• Sens du détail, rigueur et autonomie
• Attention to detail, reliable and independent
• Strong teamwork skills
• Driver’s license
