Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Perform quantity take-offs and estimate material, labor, and equipment costs
• Prepare and submit bids on time
• Attend site visits and kickoff meetings
• Collaborate with project managers and suppliers
• Ensure thorough follow-up on submitted bids

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating, ideally in interior systems
• Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and industry standards
• Proficiency with estimating software (Onscreen Takeoff, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to manage pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Well-organized, autonomous, and team player
• Relevant education in construction or engineering (an asset)
